Cancellation policy
The tenant can withdraw from the rental contract in writing; the withdrawal must be communicated to the landlord via email at chalet-alex@gmx.de. If the tenant withdraws from the rental contract without naming a substitute tenant accepted by the landlord, the following proportional rents are to be paid as compensation, taking into account the saved expenses, provided that re-renting is not possible:
Withdrawal
- up to 42 days before the start of the rental period: 0% of the rental price
- 15 to 41 days before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
- 8 to 14 days before the start of the rental period: 75% of the rental price
- 7 days before the start of the rental period until the day of arrival: 100% of the rental price
The statutory rights of withdrawal and termination remain unaffected. It is recommended to take out travel insurance (not inclusive) with an insurance company.

Holiday destination
The beach is about 1.6km away from the holiday park "de Oase" and can be reached in just under 10 minutes by bike.
The center of Renesse with its pedestrian zone, numerous shopping and entertainment options, and restaurants is about a 5-minute walk away, opposite the park.
Directly opposite the park entrance, you will also find the bus station, from where free shuttle buses to the beach operate during the summer season.
Adjacent to the bus station is a large, free car park that also has charging stations.
In the vicinity, there are numerous well-developed bicycle paths. Water sports enthusiasts will find surfing, sailing, or diving offers at the beaches. Horse riding enthusiasts will also find plenty to enjoy.
The park itself has a children's playground and a Kids Club.
There is a small supermarket directly in the park, currently open in the mornings from March to October.
Additionally, there is a sanitary building, which houses showers, toilets, and washing machines.
Getting there
Ideally by car. Arrival by train and bus is also possible, which takes about 6 hours from Cologne, for example, but you will have to change frequently.

Sinds mijn jeugd en sinds mijn kinderen geboren zijn, hebben we elke vakantie in Zeeland doorgebracht. Het voelt voor ons altijd als thuiskomen. We hopen dat onze gasten zich net zo thuis voelen en een geweldige tijd in Zeeland doorbrengen.

Ein tolles Chalet, von einer tollen Vermieterin. Lage super.
Wir hatten schon einige Ferienhäuser / Chalets, aber keines war so gut durchdacht wie dieses. Es fehlte an NICHTS und war total gemütlich eingerichtet.
Wir können es ohne Bedenken zu 200% weiter empfehlen.
