Das Haus war in einem sehr schlechten Zustand. Es war bei der Ankunft dreckig, es waren Lebensmittel im Kühlschrank und den Schränken und überall lag z.T. nasse Wäsche vom Vormieter auf den Betten. Nach vielen Telefonaten, einem Dancenter das am Hauptanreisetag geschlossen hatte und dann doch noch einem erreichten Mitarbeiter warteten wir auf der Terrasse auf das Reinigungsteam welches Dreck und Wäsche beseitigte. Jedoch nicht im Wäschezimmer und der Terrasse da sie nur im Haus putzen durften... Die haben wir dann komplett gereinigt. Mit ca. 3 Stunden Verzögerung konnten wir dann am Abend ins Haus einziehen.
Die Betten waren in einem ungepflegten Zustand und auch die Schonbezüge dreckig. Wir nutzen also Bettwäsche um die Matratzen abzudecken bevor wir unsere Bezüge aufzogen. Die Möbel waren zum Teil so alt das man sich auf den Stühlen kaum anlehnen konnte ohne das diese knackten.
Das Geländer zum Haus war zugewuchert, abgeplatzt und man konnte sich kaum festhalten.
Die Abflüsse laufen nicht ab. wenn die Spülmaschine pumpt wird das dreckige Wasser in das Spülbecken gedrückt. Und auch im Bad kann nur kurz geduscht werden da das Wasser nicht abläuft. Wir haben dies am Anfang unseres Aufenthaltes gemeldet aber auch trotz höchster Einstufung (laut Kontakt) ist bis heute niemand gekommen um es zu beheben.
Wir sind keine besonders pingeligen Personen aber das Einzige was an diesem Haus schön ist, ist die Terrasse mit ihrer Aussicht

Schöner Ort, aber als wir bemerkten, dass einige Dinge kaputt waren/nicht funktionierten (Kamin, WLAN, Kleiderbügel, der sich von der Wand löste, kalte Dusche, Sicherheitsstange im Etagenbett), ging der Service nur ans Telefon, aber es dauerte Tage, bis er reagierte.
