Unterkunft und Einrichtung in verlottertem, dreckigen Zustand. Ungepflegter Boden des Balkons ist rutschig. In der Unterkunft überall Staub, Haare. Herdplatte schmierig, Dreckkrusten. Besteckschubladen mit Essensresten voll gekrümmelt. Geschirr und Besteck wie aus einer Haushaltsauflösung zusammen gesammelt, keine scharfen Messer. Bad- und Küchenarmaturen wackelig bis kaputt. Duschkopf mit Schimmel, Dusche mit Schimmel, Klo und alles andere nur oberflächlich gereinigt. Lüftung erzeugt tropfendes Geräusch direkt am Bett. Extrem steile Treppe zum Bett. Elektrokamin stinkt widerlich beim Anmachen. Kühlschrank, Griffe der Schubladen verklebt und verkleckert.
