Final payment: 50% of the rental price 28 days before the start of the rental.

From 4 weeks before arrival, we charge 100% of the net amount of the deposit.
From 14 days before arrival we charge 100% of the net amount of the reservation.
We also recommend that you take out at least good travel and cancellation insurance.

De Duinroos located on the northwest side of the village.
Egmond aan Zee is an old fishing village at the North Sea coast with a cosy centre, many nice restaurants and stores, which are open ecery day of the week.
There is a lighthouse and a museum.
In summer there are many festivals, such as evening market in June, July & August.
On Sunday, various musicians come to the centre square.
Furthermore, there are many sports activities such as sailing, surfing, kite-surfing, several nice running- and mountain bike tracks aver very nice walks in nature.

Dies ist unser zweiter Urlaub im Ferienhaus der Familie van Amstel. Es ist ein sehr schönes Ferienhaus, und wir haben besonders den kleinen Außenbereich genossen. Wir würden gerne zurückkommen und danken der sehr freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Familie van Amstel! Harald und Gabi Sieg aus Oberhausen.

Im Juni verbrachten wir unseren siebten Urlaub im sauberen, komfortabel eingerichteten "Ferienhaus De Duenroos." Wie immer waren wir von der Gastfreundschaft der Eigentümer, Jolanda und Dennis, sehr beeindruckt. Wir schätzen die Nähe zum Strand und die ruhige Lage des Hauses und werden unseren nächsten Urlaub hier erneut verbringen. Wilhelm und Elke aus Diemelsee
