Cancellation policy
The cancellation fees for the rental property are as follows:
if you cancel up to the 90th day before the start of the trip, 20% of the rental price,
if you cancel from the 89th day to the 60th day before the start of the trip, 30% of the rental price,
if you cancel from the 59th to the 30th day before the start of the trip, 50% of the rental price,
from the 29th day before the start of the trip, 90% of the rental price.
In case of no-show or termination of the trip, 100% will be charged.
The processing fee for a cancellation is 52 EUR.

The small town of Arona was once the capital of a purely agricultural community. Today, it also serves as the administrative center for the tourist hotspots "Los Cristianos" and partly "Playa de las Americas". The surrounding area is known for its wine production as well as potatoes and vegetables. The town's appearance is largely characterized by a mix of new and old residential buildings.
The town itself has several popular eateries, mostly frequented by Spaniards, which is always a sign of good cuisine for us. For example, to enjoy a kid goat or stewed rabbit at the restaurant "Sindical", some guests are willing to travel long distances. The plaza in front of the "San Antonio Abad" church offers a Canarian atmosphere.
