During the period of the COVID-19 pandemic, we offer our guests free cancellation up to 15 days before arrival.
From 14 days before arrival, a cancellation fee of 90% of the total price will be charged.
A 30% deposit is processed upon booking.

Unser Stuiben liegt sehr zentral in der Mitte des Ötztals. Im Sommer sind Sie direkt am Ötztal-Radweg und im Winter in kurzer Zeit in einem unserer nahe gelegenen Skigebiete. Auch die Therme Aqua Dome ist nur 7 Minuten entfernt.
Im Sommer bietet unser Dorf einige Attraktionen für Familien - der Badesee Umhausen, das Ötzi-Dorf, der Greifvogelpark, der Stuibenfall...
Getting there
When you leave the A12 motorway at the Haiming-Ötztal exit, follow the motorway exit to the roundabout at Ötztaler Höhe. Take the 2nd exit towards Ötztal at this roundabout. Follow the road for about 13 km. After passing the village of Tumpen and Lehn-Platzl, you will arrive in Östen. After the bus stop, past the ABF car dealership, leave the Ötztal Bundesstraße B186 (turn into the municipal road directly behind the bus stop). Follow the road straight ahead for about 200 m - the 2nd building on the left side is "Das Stuiben".

Eine tolle und gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung, nur leider direkt an der Hauptstraße. Es war bei offenen Fenstern recht laut.
