Cancellation policy
If you need to cancel your trip, you need to send a written notification.
In the event of cancellation, the landlord is nonetheless entitled to the agreed price of the booking. If the booked accommodation cannot be re-let, the landlord is entitled to demand compensation according to the following conditions:
Up to 10 days before arrival: 50% of the total cost.
Up to 2 days before arrival: 70% of the total cost.
Up to 1 day before arrival: 100% of the total cost.
The landlord may cancel the booking after check-in without adhering to cancellation deadlines if the guest is disturbing other tenants/neighbours despite previous warnings or breaches contract conditions to such an extent that the immediate cancellation of the contract is justified.

Holiday destination
Close to St. Martin are the Kropsburg, Kalmit, Lourdes Grotto, landscape pond, barefoot path, wine route and Haus am Weinberg Hotel with a view of the Rhine valley. The hiking trail network is extensive and the following forest huts "Haus an den Fichten", "Grillhütte", "Klausentalhütte" and "Kalmit" are located in the immediate vicinity.
You can experience the Palatinate Forest, vast vineyards and restaurants as well as leisure activities in the climatic health resort of St. Martin.
Getting there
Coming from the A65 motorway: exit for Edenkoben, then head towards Neustadt and at the roundabout take the new bypass road to St. Martin.
Our house is located in the town centre opposite the Sparkasse and the restaurant "Altes Rathaus".

Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt in dieser liebevoll und luxuriös ausgestatteten Unterkunft direkt im wunderschönen St. Martin. Tolle Lage, komfortabel, schnelle und freundliche Hilfe bei Problem. Schöner als auf den Bildern, auch die gemütliche Dachterrasse haben wir genossen. Danke!

Das schöne,grosse und gut ausgestattete Haus im Zentrum von St.Martin hat uns gleich beim erstenmal gefallen.Wir habe uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Platzangebot und Ausstattung sind optimal.Kurze wege zu Restaurants und dem Becker .Abends kann man gemütlich am Kamin oder auf der Terrasse zusammen sitzen.Alles perfekt. Wir kommen wieder.
