This first floor apartment -no lift at the building- offers a cosy and practical room where the living - dining room and the kitchen meet. You can relax here and watch the satellite TV cooling down with the AC (only cold air) after enjoying a delicious meal cooked on the electric cook top. The kitchen offers a basic equipment and there's no washing machine or iron. The apartment has two bedrooms with twin beds, AC (only cold air) and closet. One has access to a terrace. A baby cot and a high chair are available on request. For the extra guest, we can prepare you a comfortable sofa-bed. The bathroom of the apartment has a bath.
A relaxing breakfast will be granted at the cosy and handy terrace of this great apartment. You can get the energy you need here, while watching the calm daily life of the streets in Canyamel. Next, you can head to the beach to spend a great day. The best thing is that this is located a short walk of 250 metres away!

The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years.
You will have to pay the deposit amount at the arrival to the owner.
Canyamel is a beautiful and quiet residential area in Capdepera with one of the best beaches in the area. It offers all needed services for your stay like supermarkets, bars and restaurants and the golf course also is near, about 7.2 km. The Caves of Srtà and the Tower of Canyamel are a must visit of the area.
2 weeks prior to arrival you will receive your itinerary that will lead you from the airport to your holiday home.

If a client wishes to cancel his booking he should immediately advise Villafinca by calling and writing. In case a booking is cancelled by the guest, the agency will receive a cancellation fee as specified below:
Cancellation earlier than 35 days before arrival: 30% of rental fee
Cancellation within 35 days before arrival: 100% of rental fee
If the client decides to abandon the property after having checked in and before the rental contract has terminated, no refund of the paid rental fee will be made.
