On Your way to the beach is a divingbase and a surfshop. Directly ahead of the beach You´ll find a wreck and an artificial reef and in a few minutes driving distance the "Reiterhof Warnemünde" and the Warnemünde Golf Course.
In addition to the local wellnesscenter are the Yachthafenresidenz Hohe Düne and the Grand Hotel Heiligendamm available.
Holiday destination
The Ostseebad Nienhagen is in an idyllic location directly on the Baltic Sea between Warnemünde and Heiligendamm. The town and the beach offer recreation particular to guests seeking rest and relaxation.
Nienhagen with its 2,000 inhabitants is an accredited seaside resort and was founded 1909. The rough seaclimate is reduced by the special location that keeps the air clear and healthy in every weather.
The cliff with the adjacent "Ghost Forest" invite to attractive tours into the unspoilt nature on foot or by bike.
Your physical well-being is of course provided, too. In addition to small shops you find restaurants and pubs which serve typical Mecklenburg food.
A parking lot and a space for bicycles belong to the flat.

From Hamburg via the motorway A20, B103 Lütten-Klein , Elemenhorst and L12 approximately 2 hours.
From Berlin, via motorway A 19, B105 Lütten-Klein , Elemenhorst and L12 approx. 2 hours.

Was soll man großartig bewerten? Es hat einfach alles perfekt gepasst. Sehr netter Kontakt zu den Vermietern, reibungslose Übergabe der FeWo..... alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Super eingerichtet..... alles vorhanden was benötigt wird.
Die Aussicht vom Balkon ist wunderbar und die Nähe zum Meer top.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ganz in der Nähe..... sehr gute Gaststätten in unmittelbarer Nähe, frische Brötchen quasi um die Ecke.
Der nächste Urlaub ist schon geplant und nur noch in dieser Ferienwohnung.
Wir würden auch gerne noch mehr Sterne in die Bewertung geben. Vielen Dank für alles und bis bald

Eine klasse eingerichtete FW . Alles Notwendige war vorhanden. Ruhig, wunderbare Aussicht auf die Ostsee vom Balkon. Ideal gelegen an Rad- und Wanderwegen, touristische Ausflugsziele sind gut mit dem Rad erreichbar. 100 Meter bis zum Strand, eigener Parkplatz und ein abschließbarer Platz für Fahrräder runden diese FW ab. Wir kommen gern wieder.
