The south of Tenerife is captivating with its dreamy sandy beaches and a maximum number of sunny days. The landscape is characterized by volcanic features, yet with many green oases. Here, the beautifully designed golf courses Golf Costa Adeje (just 9 minutes from the villa) and Abama Golf (16 minutes) are particularly worth mentioning, both with many fantastic sea views.
Mountain bikers and hikers will enjoy their time as much as beach lovers and water sports enthusiasts. The beautiful sandy beach of Playa Paraiso is just 10 minutes away.
You can reach the Teide National Park with Mount Teide, the highest mountain in Spain, in only 30 minutes.
Getting there
From Tenerife South Airport, take the TF-1 expressway towards Los Cristianos.
Take exit 81 for Los Menores.
At the 1st roundabout, take the first exit on the right.
At the next roundabout (Lidl), take the second exit on the right (12 o'clock) onto Camino de las Moraditas.
Drive up the winding road for about 1.9 km.
Then turn left onto Camino de Repicado.
After 400m, at the fork, continue straight (despite the "No Entry" sign).
Pass the large entrance gate for about 50 meters until the next gate, where you can park in the parking space.

Host informationWe, the Petersen family from the Rhineland, acquired this beautiful, modern, and incredibly spacious finca in the southwest of Tenerife in the fall of 2021. From our very first visit to the estate, we fell in love with the fantastic location and the view over the entire southwest coast of Tenerife and the opposite island of La Gomera! Since then, we regularly spend a week or two at the finca, enjoying every single day.
We look forward to welcoming many nice guests who will enjoy and appreciate this dream property just as much as we do and who will hopefully become loyal regular visitors.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der Villa Sol y Mar sehr genossen. Das Ferienhaus ist gepflegt, gut ausgestattet und bietet eine fantastische Aussicht. Die ruhige Lage sorgt für eine angenehme und entspannte Atmosphäre.
Besonders positiv sind die Sauberkeit, der schöne Außenbereich und die liebevolle Gestaltung des Hauses. Man merkt, dass viel Wert darauf gelegt wird, dass sich die Gäste wohlfühlen.
Eine Unterkunft, die wir gerne weiterempfehlen.

Vielen Dank, das wir in dieser schönen Villa Urlaub machen durften.
Der Urlaub war rundherum perfekt. Die Villa ist mit allem ausgestattet was für einen schönen Urlaub gebraucht wird. Unsere Kinder 16, 20 und 20 haben für die freie Zeit alles vorgefunden, Dart, Fitness, Pool einfach alles da. :O) Es gibt für jeden, irgendwo einen Rückzugsort. Das Gelände ist wunderschön angelegt und sehr gepflegt. ( Der Gärtner und Poolboy auch sehr nett) sind 2x die Woche da. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig und so kann jeder seinen Urlaub genießen. Der Ausblick auf das Meer ist traumhaft und lädt auch zum träumen ein. Alles ist per Auto schnell erreichbar. Uns hat nichts gefehlt.
Wir kommen bestimmt gern wieder.
