The flat extends to approx. 165qm. The entrance is made by the roof terrace. Directly before the housing entrance is the considered terrace, which is equipped with garden furniture for you.
The holiday apartment is divided into two levels. The upper level is a kind of wintergarden with a diningarea and a cosy sofa which invites you to enjoy the nice view. An open kitchen with integrated bar and comfortable dining area and livingroom with chemney is located downstairs.
The kitchen is fully equipped for 6 persons. There are two double rooms decorated in sunny colors in lower level, too.

Just 4 KM from us you can find a tennis court, waterskiing lift, an indoor- and outdoorpool.
We are at the river Oste shortly before the Elbe delta in a small village. The ideal place to relax and recover with healthy air. You can go fishing on our property or waterskiing just 3km from our place.
There is a little fun park with zoo and swimming pool in the proximity (4km). Cuxhaven is 28 km, Hamburg 90 km, Otterndorf 14 from our place. There are a lot of possibilities for excursions or you just stay at our place enjoy the peaceful river scenery.
