Cancellation policy
The rental agreement is established with your written consent. Late payments or non-payments are considered a withdrawal from the rental agreement and entitle the landlord to rent the property to someone else and to charge a withdrawal fee from the delinquent tenant. The withdrawal fee is the amount of the deposit up to 61 days before the start of the rental period. For cancellations from the 60th to the 35th day before the start of the rental, 50% of the rental price is charged. For cancellations from the 34th to the 10th day before the start of the rental, 80% of the rental price is charged. For later cancellations or no-shows, 100% of the rental price is charged. The cancellation fees are waived if the holiday property can be rented out for the same period at the same price to someone else.

St Pierre la Mer is a charming seaside resort on the Mediterranean coast in the south of France with miles of sandy beaches perfect for sunbathing, swimming, and water sports. The gently sloping beach makes it a safe spot for children and families.
Saint Pierre offers a wide array of restaurants, bars, and cafes where you can enjoy local dishes and wines. The area is renowned for its fresh seafood, especially oysters, mussels, and fish, which are prepared fresh in the numerous seafood restaurants.

Wir (2 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder) hatten einen tollen Urlaub in diesem sehr gut ausgestatteten Ferienhaus. Der Meerblick ist herrlich. Das Haus war sehr sauber. Die Residenz ist ruhig und den Pool konnten wir am Anfang noch nutzen, er war dann ab 1. Oktober geschlossen, worauf wir aber bereits bei unserer Buchung hingewiesen wurden.
Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin Natascha war herzlich und unkompliziert, sie ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir bedanken uns auf diesem Weg nochmals für die schöne Zeit und kommen jederzeit genre wieder.
