The people acknowledges the wildness of the place and the sense of nature and pleasure that this magnificent place gives. Pink flamingos, white herons are the natural scenario, while white sails dot the amazing bays ...
The coastal road won the prize as the third most beautiful panoramic road in Italy by a famous revue!!
In the surroundings in a ray of 10 minutes-1 hour of car, in the little towns of Domus de Maria, Teulada and Pula you can find the main utilities or amenities and cultural services: markets, restaurants, pharmacies, shopping, touristic port, archeological sites, waterpark, museum ...
Cagliari, 50 km. (45-60 min by car) is the main town with all services and amenities, and train station, port, airport.
For the open-air sports lovers, Chia has fantastic and hidden routes for hiking, mountain bike...
For the horse-loving there is a special surprise: our guests are welcome to visit our horse breeding where horses live immersed in nature...! And if you want coming in Chia with your horse we can host them!

Getting there
Once you arrive in Chia following the SP 71 you will have to turn onto Viale Belvedere.
Once you have turned onto Viale Belvedere, follow the CASA CHIA sales office signs and then viale Euforbia 24.
There are also geographic coordinates that can be entered on your smartphone or navigator.

If you want to find the position with a navigator or smartphone DO NOT enter the street name because the navigators have not yet been updated and still do not recognize the new street names.
The address is viale Euforbia n.24 which you can use once you arrive in Chia as signs.
