Cancellation policy
Late Payment, Withdrawal, Cancellation, and Early Termination of Stay
If the tenant is in arrears with their payment, withdraws from the contract, or cancels (terminates) the contract before the start of the rental period without naming a substitute tenant who enters into the contract under the same conditions, compensation is to be paid, deducting saved expenses, in addition to a processing fee of 50 EUR as follows, provided that re-letting is not possible:
-up to 49 days before the start of the rental period: 10% of the rental price
-up to 35 days before the start of the rental period: 40% of the rental price
-up to 21 days before the start of the rental period: 60% of the rental price
-up to 14 days before the start of the rental period: 90% of the rental price
-otherwise (later than 14 days before the start of the rental period) 100% of the rental price.
If the tenant terminates the stay early, they remain obligated to pay the full rental price. A cancellation or termination can only be made in writing. The decisive factor is the date of receipt of the declaration.

Holiday destination
The park features a supermarket, indoor pool, children's playground, fast food outlet, restaurant with a lovely outdoor dining area including a lounge, and bicycle rental. You can enjoy the sandy beach for 10 km up to Cadzand. Bike tours heading to Knokke, Domburg or Renesse are a wonderful experience, as you mostly ride on the dyke with a sea view. Beach pavilions invite you to enjoy and relax.

The journey via Antwerp is very straightforward, exclusively via motorway or dual carriageway.

Host informationWhether summer or winter: the SEA is always a good idea, and it doesn't get any better than this!
A year ago, we took our Labrador-Shar Pei dog Cookie to the North Sea for the first time. Since then, not only has Cookie fallen in love with the sea, the beach, and the walks on the fine sandy shores, but so have we. Therefore, we decided to purchase our own holiday home in Breskens, and fortunately, we succeeded. Many thanks for that to Gudrun and Thomas Heitzer.
Whether it's for a short trip or a holiday - whenever we have time, we are at the North Sea. Since then, we have been enjoying our breaks. To share our enthusiasm, we are now offering our "Swedish house," which was built in 2012, for rent, with the hope that you too will become enthusiastic about the North Sea and feel comfortable in our holiday home.

Das Schwedenhaus ist eine sehr schöne und saubere Unterkunft, strandnah gelegen. Mit Liebe zum Detail ist diese kleine aber feine Unterkunft eingerichtet. Die Abstimmung zur An- und Abreise sowie alles organisatorische hat reibungslos funktioniert . Die Unterkunft liegt strandnah und alles was man braucht ist sehr gut erreichbar. Gerne wieder!

Sehr schöne , saubere und gepflegte Unterkunft .
Ausstattung wie beschrieben , hier fehlt es an nichts , top !!!
Lage und Umgebung sehr ruhig und erholsam .
Strand , Rad - und Wanderwege sehr schön .
Es passte einfach alles und wir ( 3 Personen und Labrador Buddy )
konnte einen wunderschönen Urlaub genießen , leider gingen die 11 Tage
viel zu schnell vorbei .
