We cooperate with the bicycle rental Kruggel in Zinnowitz. They not only deliver the bikes and pick them but they also offer a breakdown service on the whole island. Kruggel offers a 10% discount on the rental charge.
Holiday destination
The Villa is part of a new holiday complex close to the big refurbished marina in Zillowitz. In 250 steps you reach the Achterwasser and it's only 1900 metres to the Baltic Sea beach. Those who don't like the beach have a lot of alternatives to relax like cycle tours (150km long cycle paths), hikes and visits to the "Kaiserbäder" in Bansin, Heringsdorf or Ahlbeck.
Zinnowitz is one of the most beautiful beach resorts of Usedom. The sand beach is 65m wide and there are also beach sections for dogs. There are a lot of cafes and restaurants along the beach promenade.
Getting there
From Hamburg take the autobahn A1, then the A20 until Exit Gützow. Then via Wolgast (B111) till Zinnowitz - careful, there is a speed camera just before Wolgast. Right after the town sign turn right on Neuendorfer Weg towards Lütow. After 400m turn left on to the holiday complex "Am Achterwasser".
Via train till Stralsund or Züssow, then take the UBB Usedomer Bäderbahn till Zinnowitz, then it's about 1400m to the "Villa Sorgenfrei". Some airlines fly into Heringsdorf on Usedom. From there you can just take a taxi to Zinnowitz or rent a car.

Wir haben uns in der Villa Sorgenfrei wirklich sorgenfrei gefühlt , ganz im Sinne des Namens! Das Grundstück und das Haus sind groß, sauber und gepflegt, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Wir konnten hier wunderbar entspannen und abschalten.Es hat uns während des gesamten Aufenthalts an nichts gefehlt. Die Ausstattung war vollständig und durchdacht, sodass wir uns um nichts kümmern mussten. Wir konnten hier wunderbar entspannen und abschalten , genau das, was man sich von einem Urlaub wünscht.
Besonders positiv hervorheben möchten wir den Eigentümer: Er war durchgehend sehr freundlich, stand für Rückfragen jederzeit offen zur Verfügung und war immer gut erreichbar. Das hat uns ein zusätzliches Gefühl von Sicherheit und Wohlbefinden gegeben Wir können die Villa Sorgenfrei uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Als Wiederholungstäter können wir nur sagen - gerne immer mal wieder - das Haus bietet Gemütlichkeit in einem gepflegten Ambiente - wertige und schöne Möbel und Dekoration -alles vorhanden was benötigt wird sogar Näpfe für die Hunde - mit denen man in 10 Minuten am Achterwasser ist - Natur pur - der kleine Yachthafen dort mit Restaurant ist in einer halben Stunde zu erreichen -,der wunderschöne Strand in Zempin 45 Minuten zu Fuß - per Auto 15 Minuten - tolle Restaurants mit fangfrischem Fisch im Umkreis - alles was das Herz begehrt - einfach genießen - das I Tüpfelchen der liebevolle Willkommensgruss - man fühlt sich direkt zuhause
