Cancellation policy
Cancellation and Early Termination of Stay
(1) If the tenant cancels (terminates) the contract before the start of the rental period without naming a substitute tenant who enters into the contract under the same conditions, the tenant is obliged to pay the following proportional rents as compensation, taking into account any savings in expenses:
Cancellation:
up to 60 days before the start of the rental period: Cancellation is possible. Only the administrative fee according to the general terms and conditions and policies of TA Eurotours Makarska will be charged.
up to 42 days before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price
up to 30 days before the start of the rental period: 70% of the rental price
up to 0 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
otherwise (later than 28 days before the start of the rental period): 100% of the rental price
No-show or early termination of stay: 100% of the total travel price
(2) The tenant may at any time prove that the damage incurred was less.
(3) If the tenant terminates the stay early, they remain obliged to pay the full rental price.
(4) Cancellation or termination must be made in writing. The relevant date is the date on which the landlord receives the notice.

Liebe Nina & Familie, wir hatten einen sehr erholsamen ersten Urlaub in eurer schönen Ferienanlage. Die zwei getrennten Häuser sind perfekt für zwei Familien oder eine Gruppe von Freunden.
Das Highlight ist natürlich die große Außenanlage mit beheizten Pool auf einer Ebene mit genügend Sonnenliegen und Schirmen.
Dazu auf einer erhöhten Ebene noch ein schöner Whirlpool mit Chillout Sofas und einem Tisch mit Stühlen zum Essen oder mobilen Arbeiten.
Uns allen hat es gut gefallen und wir hoffen, dass wir bald Euch im traumhaften Dalmatien besuchen kommen. Schon einmalig, dass man Meer mit traumhaften Stränden und die Berge mit viel Grün und frischer Luft sowie Ruhe in direkter Umgebung hat.

Wir waren uns ein wenig unsicher, ob die Unterkunft wirklich so schön sein könnte, wie sie auf den Fotos aussah, aber das war sie! Hatten eine wunderschöne Woche mit 2 Familien mit Kindern. Entspannen im Whirlpool. Entspannen am Pool. Grillen. Trainieren im Fitnessstudio. Petanque auf dem Petanque-Feld. Fantastisch! Guter Ort mit einem Auto, da nicht zu weit von der Küste entfernt, viele Aktivitätsmöglichkeiten in Makarska. Nina war die ganze Zeit super hilfsbereit. Ich habe es geliebt, würde es empfehlen.
