Cancellation policy
"RIET 159" is a family holiday home directly on the water: for 2 people or alone with family 6 to max 8 people.
There is 1 toilet and 1 bathroom with shower and bath.
There is 1 enclosed, fenced terrace with privacy, which is partly covered, at the front of the house, at the courtyard.
There is a small courtyard that is enclosed.
Swimming, canoeing, swimming ladder, infrared sauna, walking on the jetty and entering the terraces is at your own risk.
You can request a provisional reservation.
After your payment, your reservation is final.
And with your payment you agree to the conditions from the advertisement and our e-mails.
Dogs are only allowed on request!
The rental is per week, the changeover day on Friday.
Last minute only per 3 nights and only on request.
Christmas or New Year's Eve: changeover day 28-12-2025 is 4 nights paid and up to 14 nights can stay. This house is no longer rented for film shoots, parties and groups.

Is a luxe for 2 people and with family max 8 p.
From every window in the living room you have a huge view over the Veense Put.
With all the movement of waterfowl and a spectacular view of the sun rising each morning.
In winter it is also cozy inside with a view of the fire from the large pallet stove
and the house is decorated and illuminated for Christmas.
There is big TV.
In summer you can swim
or enjoy the lounge set or relax on the 2 sun loungers,
after spending time in the infrared sauna.
At sunset, dine under the covered terrace in the small courtyard.
There is a small stand at the recreation area with bathing water.
For cooking enthusiasts there is a superbly equipped kitchen with all modern conveniences.
The kitchen is fully equipped.
In the hall there is an infrared sauna,
a bathroom with shower and bath,
small bedroom with double bed and the toilet.
Upstairs are 2 large bedrooms with 2 beds
and a large family bedroom with 4 beds.
TV goes via Chromecast.

2 x the beach holiday houses on Walcheren: THE SUN IN ZEELAND, 2 - 4 pers + walking to the beach and THE SUN in Stee aan Zee; 2- 4 pers [possibly 1 more] . Both houses are located on a meadow / lawn in een small park in Zeeland.
