Obwohl wir deutlich vor 16:00 Uhr dort waren, konnten wir das Appartement bereits beziehen, und vom Vermieter wurden wir mit Olivenöl aus eigener Produktion beschenkt, das war sehr freundlich. Die Wohnung mit Kamin und Terrasse nach Osten und Süden ist gut geschnitten und zeigt eine wunderbare Aussicht. Leider haben die Ausstattung von Küche und die Möblierung doch einige Mängel offenbart. Der Backofen und die Bleche wiesen noch Verschmutzungen auf, einige der beschichteten Pfannen waren sehr zerkratzt, Töpfe teilweise unbrauchbar. Die beiden Sessel (bei einer Wohnung für 5 Personen auch zu wenig) waren durchgesessen, die Bezüge verschlissen, Toilettensitze lose. In einem der Schlafzimmer haben Schranktüren und Schubladen nicht mehr geschlossen, bzw. waren Scharnierverschraubungen lose. Das ist gefährlich. Aufgrund der vergleichsweise günstigen Miete nehmen wir gern einige Mängel hin. Wir empfehlen aber Stichproben-Kontrollen durch die Vermittler-Agentur, ob die Wohnungen den Beschreibungen (die offenbar Jahre alt sind) noch entsprechen und Sicherheitsmängel ausgeschlossen werden können. Denn die Lage der Wohnung ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für attraktive Ziele wie Assisi, Spello, Bevagna und viele andere wunderschöne Orte in Umbrien.
