Der groÃ_x009f_zügige Gemeinschaftsraum mit dem groÃ_x009f_en Tisch für bis zu 8 Personen eignet sich perfekt für gemeinsame Mahlzeiten, Spieleabende oder einfach gemütliches Beisammensein. Auch die moderne Küche mit Kaffeevollautomat ist ein echtes Highlight und sehr komfortabel.
Die Lage ist angenehm ruhig, sodass man wunderbar entspannen kann. AuÃ_x009f_erdem ist das Haus nachhaltig angelegt â_x0080__x0093_ unter anderem mit Photovoltaik, Wasserrückgewinnung usw.â_x0080__x0093_, was wir als sehr positiv empfunden haben.
