Cancellation policy
In case of cancellation, the following conditions will be applied:
- If cancellation is made more than 2 months before check-in, the guest will lose 10 % of the amount of the rent.
- Between 6 weeks and 2 months before check-in, the guest will lose 20 % of the amount of the rent.
- With less than 6 weeks before check-in, the guest will lose 100 % of the amount of the rent.
In case of no show , the guest will lose 100 % of the prepayment of the rent.

Es war ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt! Die Villa ist weniger als eine Minute zu Fuß von einem Lebensmittelgeschäft entfernt. Es sind nur fünf Minuten zu Fuß zu den nahegelegenen Clubs. Die beliebten Orte in Seminyak sind mit dem Auto schnell zu erreichen.
Die Villa selbst war großartig! Wir hatten an einem Tag ein Frühstück, das perfekt war. Sie erlaubten uns, fünf Stunden früher einzuchecken. Zunächst hatten wir Probleme mit zwei Klimaanlagen, aber der Villenmanager kümmerte sich sofort darum und es wurde umgehend behoben. Das Personal war sehr reaktionsschnell auf all unsere Bedürfnisse, wie zum Beispiel, wenn wir mehr Shampoo, Seife oder Taschentücher benötigten.
Ich werde auf jeden Fall wieder buchen.
