Villa Grande is located in the small Istrian village of Brščići (part of village "Juršići"), which belongs to the municipality Svetvinčenat. Brščići is a village with about 100 inhabitants. The first neighbors live in Switzerland and come to the neighboring house only for holidays. Juršići is located near well-known tourist destinations in Istria, such as Svetvinčenat, Pula, Rovinj, Fažana, and Medulin. A local shop is 1.3 km from the property (Juršići). Supermarkets "Plodine" and "Konzum" are located in Vodnjan, 8.5 km from the property. Nearby are the restaurants "Bistro Tone" (1.3 km), the popular "Konoba Klarići" (1.5 km), and "BBQ Pizzeria Buffalo" (7 km). The whole property, which includes a house, a yard, and the swimming pool, is for the private use of only one group of guests. Guests of the house have at their disposal a private tennis court, basketball and football courts (100 m from the house). Sports can be played in the evening too (the court is illuminated). Next to the sports field, there is a playground for children, so that even the youngest members of the group can enjoy.
