The village sits nestled in an idyllic spot in the Palatinate Forest and allows our guests to embark on numerous day trips – including to the southern Wine Route, the Dahn Rockland and to France (Alsace) – without having to travel long distances.
The MTB park and the extensive network of hiking routes also mean it's absolutely possible to leave your car behind.
You can go shopping in Pirmasens (approx. 20 km), Kaiserslautern (approx. 30 km) and at the Zweibrücken Designer Outlet Centre (approx. 35 km).
Sitting 500 m above sea level, Leimen often offers a fairytale winter landscape in the winter months.

Coming from the north, take the A 6 near Kaiserslautern, then the B 48 to Johanniskreuz and continue on the L 496.
Or coming from the south, take the B 10, the B 48 and the L 496.

Host informationHello! We are Anne and Christian Bode from Leimen. As soon as we bought this property at the beginning of 2022, it was clear to us that we simply had to make the house and garden available to guests. Although we would have loved to have moved in ourselves, it really does make an excellent holiday home for our guests. Anne and I are passionate about taking care of all the work that needs doing in and around the house so that our guests enjoy their stay and look forward to coming back.

Wir haben uns in diesem Ferienhaus von der ersten Minute an rundum wohlgefühlt. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Man merkt, dass hier mit viel Liebe zum Detail gearbeitet wurde. Auch die Ausstattung und die Annehmlichkeiten vor Ort sind perfekt. Unser Auto stand sicher auf dem hauseigenen Parkplatz direkt hinter dem Haus. Unsere Fahrräder konnten wir problemlos und sicher im Keller unterbringen. Wir haben einen fantastischen Urlaub im Pfälzerwald verbracht. Bei herrlichstem Wetter konnten wir viele tolle Ausflüge und Unternehmungen starten. Es hat einfach alles gestimmt. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und vergeben volle 5 Sterne!

Wir sind bereits zum fünften Mal hier in Leimen in der Pfalz und nun schon das dritte Mal in diesem Haus, in das wir uns einfach schockverliebt haben! Alles ist wunderschön, gemütlich und wie immer super sauber und ordentlich. Die Ausstattung ist perfekt und es mangelt einem an nichts. Eines der vielen Highlights ist der tolle Brötchenservice am Morgen. Unschlagbar ist auch der Garten: Die Terrasse ist einfach genial, und für die Kinder sind die Spielgeräte und der Sandkasten absolut toll! Die Gastgeberin ist unglaublich fürsorglich, immer bemüht und der Kontakt sehr angenehm. Was wir an dieser Umgebung besonders lieben, sind die zahlreichen, gut ausgeschilderten Wanderwege. Wir kommen definitiv wieder!
