Holiday destination

The city center of Poreč covers the Old Town and the area that extends up to 600 m from the beginning of the famous Roman street Dekumanus. An easy walk takes you to the first beaches in just 5/10 minutes. The old town boasts one beach, one is located on the island of St. Nicholas, while the rest are located north and south of the old town. In the Center area there is a large supermarket and several smaller markets, cafes, restaurants, a town market, shops, a bus station, a marina, a museum and galleries, a city library, historical sites, two post offices and two churches, one of which is located in the UNESCO World Heritage List.
