Wir hatten ein wunderbares Familienwochenende im Haus. Es ist gerade für groÃ_x009f_e Gruppen bestens geeignet, der Aufenthaltsraum mit integrierter Küche bietet ausreichend Platz. Die 6 Schlafzimmer sind gemütlich mit super Betten. Es gibt einen groÃ_x009f_en Garten zum verweilen mit Grill und Feuerschale. Der Pool mit Sauna bietet Platz für Wellness...und BadespaÃ_x009f_. Wir kommen gerne wieder...(10 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder und Hund)

Schönes Ferienhaus mit sehr guter Ausstattung in der Küche (Kaffeevollautomat für kleines Entgeld 0.50â_x0082_¬/Bezug nutzbar + zusätzlich 2 Filter-Kaffeemaschinen und alles was man so braucht für 12Personen vorhanden), Parkplätze für 3-4 Pkw (2 in Einfahrt, 2 im Garten)problemlos kostenfrei möglich, groÃ_x009f_er Parkplatz gegen Entgeld direkt daneben, 12 Schlafplätze in 6 Schlafzimmern (Betten bequem auch für Personen mit 120kg + viele Schränke für Kleidung), Haustierfreundlich, sehr gute Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin via WhatsApp, alles sauber und warm - komplett FuÃ_x009f_bodenheizung sehr gut temperierbar, Gebrauchsspuren an Möbeln und Inventar vorhanden jedoch nicht störend, Highlight war der private, groÃ_x009f_e und erwärmte Pool - trotz 5°C AuÃ_x009f_entemperatur haben wir diesen mehrfach täglich genutzt, Sauna gut (für 3-4Personen) - Technik dafür verbesserungswürdig jedoch voll funktionstüchtig, Pool-und Saunabereich direkt vom Flur aus begehbar, öffentlicher FuÃ_x009f_ballplatz mit 2 stabilen Toren und hohen Ballgitter + Spielplatz ca. 50m daneben,Kamin vorhanden jedoch von uns nicht genutzt, 1 Massivgrill aus Stein + 1 Aufstellgrill + Grillzubehör gut nutzbar, groÃ_x009f_er AuÃ_x009f_entisch + Bestuhlung und mehrere Abstelltische (teils starke Gebrauchsspuren) vorhanden, insgesamt ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt zu wirklich guten Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis, viele Ausflugsziele in näherer Umgebung auch via Bus (Tickets bereits in Kurtaxe inkludiert) erreichbar, wir kommen gern wieder
