Holiday destination
The holiday home is just a short walk away from the seaside resort De Koog (400 m). Sea, beach, dunes, riding stable, tennis courts, tropical swimming pool, and the Dutch national nature park of Texel are all within easy reach. There is a child-friendly playground in the park.
Texel is known as the "Island of Sheep" and for its diversity of bird species. There are numerous facilities, so there's no chance of boredom even when the weather is bad:
Swimming paradise "Calluna", seal rehabilitation center "Ecomare", children's play paradise, various museums such as the maritime and beachcomber museum, and an indoor go-kart track.
In the fishing harbor Oudeschild, you can go crab and shrimp fishing and see seals with a fishing boat.
Getting there
After a twenty-minute ferry ride, you'll be on Texel.

Zwar ist das Haus kein Schnäppchen, aber jeden Cent wert! Ein schönes Haus, geschmackvoll eingerichtet, die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, die Betten sind bequem, die Sauna gut zu benutzen, die Badezimmer sind neu! Ein sehr sauberes Haus bei der Ankunft und sehr freundlicher Kontakt! Die Lage ist ruhig, das Auto steht neben dem Haus! Alles super, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen bestimmt wieder! Schön das wir unsere beiden kleinen Hunde mitnehmen konnten!
