At the pool some sun-chairs and sunshades wait for you. The nearest beaches are 1,8 km away, but if you enjoy the marvellous tranquility and relaxation at the pool, you will prefer to remain there.
Holiday destination
The distance of the centre of Les Issambres is ca. 2,3 km. There you find restaurants, shops, supermarket, baker, pharmacy, banks, post, tourist office, a weekly market and the yacht port with the regular boat connection with Saint Tropez.
For the dog-owner, jogger and walking-tours there is an enormous nature reserve in the close vicinity to the villa – with a wonderful other-side view of the sea – in the direction of the beaches of Fréjus, of St. Raphaël and of the Esterel mountain.
Equally easy for pedestrians is to reach the look-out tower “point de vue” of Les Issambres – with a singular beauty of the most impressive circular panoramaview.

Wir können uns der vorangegangene Bewertung nur anschliessen! Die Aussicht ist ein Traum, im Haus und auf dem Grundstück fühlten wir und unsere Hündin uns gleich wie zu Hause. Es war auch genügend Holz für den Kamin da, den wir täglich genossen haben. Bei Wünschen und Fragen war Familie Kluzak immer erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit.
Was man wissen muss: um diese Zeit (Weihnachten/Silvester) sind relativ wenig Lokale im Ort geöffnet. Aber wenn man 15 min z.B. nach St. Maxime fährt, hat man einige Auswahl. Auch sind eine Bar, 2 Supermärkte und ein Bäcker in Les Issambres fast täglich geöffnet. Rundum ein sehr schöner, entspannender Urlaub im Bellevue - in dem auch das Wetter bei frühlingshaften Temperaturen und meistens blauem Himmel mitspielte :-)!

Zum vierten Mal verbrachten wir zwei Wochen in der Villa Bellevue. Jedes Jahr begeistert uns der tolle Blick über die Bucht von Saint Tropez aufs Neue. Das gesamte Grundstück ist sehr gepflegt und bietet auf dem terrassierten Gelände mehrere Sitz- und Liegeplätze. Das geräumige Haus ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail ausgestattet, das Wohnzimmer ist sehr groß und bietet bequeme Sitzmöglichkeiten. Auch die Kücheneinrichtung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Als Hundebesitzer wissen wir die Möglichkeiten für Spaziergänge im nahen Naturschutzgebiet zu schätzen.
Da Frau Kluzak stets gut zu erreichen ist, klappen das Mieten des Hauses und die Abrechnung immer problemlos.
Wir sind mit unserem Aufenthalt in der Villa Bellevue rundum zufrieden und freuen uns am Ende des Urlaubs jedes Jahr schon auf das nächste Mal.
