Cancellation policy
Cancellation Policy
In the event of the guest canceling the reservation, the following cancellation fees will be charged:
Reservation cancellations notified 30 or more days before arrival: pre-payment will be reimbursed
Reservation cancellations between 29 days and on the arrival day or no show: 100% of the total reservation cost is charged (the only possibility to get the money back is a travel insurance).
The handling charges of €50.00 will be deducted from the payout which needs to be returned to the guests. If the payout amount to be returned to the guest is less than €50.00, the guest will not receive any refund.
The cancellation date is considered to be the day when the cancellation notice has been received (if it happens to be a holiday or Sunday, it will be considered the next working day). In case of no-show or unannounced delayed arrival, Euro Tours keeps the total reservation amount.
These conditions are valid from 02/24/2023. For reservations made before 24.2.2023. The conditions applied are the ones made on the booked day until 24.02.2023.

Holiday house Santolina is located in Stifanići. Stifanići is an authentic Istrian town rich in Istrian architecture and beautiful green surroundings. (olive groves and vineyards). In about 15 minutes by car, you can reach the beautiful nearby beaches and towns of the west coast of Istria. (Poreč, Rovinj, Vrsar). In the immediate vicinity is the Limski Kanal picnic area, where you can find famous local restaurants, jogging trails, cycling trails and beautiful viewpoints.

Unsere Familie hatte einen fantastischen Aufenthalt in der Villa Santolina! Die Einrichtung ist geschmackvoll, und es gibt überall bequeme Sitz- und Loungebereiche, die perfekt zum Entspannen sind. Uns haben die hochwertigen Möbel sehr gut gefallen, und der Pool war wunderbar. Ein besonderes Plus ist, dass jedes Zimmer über ein eigenes Badezimmer verfügt. Der einzige kleine Nachteil ist, dass sich kein Restaurant in fußläufiger Entfernung befindet. Wir empfehlen dieses Ferienhaus sehr und würden gerne wiederkommen!
