If a client wishes to cancel his booking he should immediately advise Homerti by calling and writing. In case a booking is cancelled by the guest, the agency will receive a cancellation fee as specified below:

Cancellation within 35 days before arrival: 100% of rental fee
If the client decides to abandon the property after having checked in and before the rental contract has terminated, no refund of the paid rental fee will be made.

Holiday destination
The village Ses Salines is just a short walk from the house and after a good dinner with a glass of wine you won't have to take a car to go home. In the centre there is a grocery store, cafés and restaurants, in a word all you may need for a carefree stay. Furthermore, you can visit the salina, where mountains of white salt are drying under the Majorcan sun.
Nevertheless, a car is necessary to go to the beach and to explore the island. Approximately 5 kilometres separate you from the fishing village Colonia de Sant Jordi with excellent fish and sea food restaurants. In the harbour, you can book a lovely boat trip to the protected island of Cabrera. Near Colonia de Sant Jordi are many dreamlike beaches, like the white sand beach Es Port and the gravel-sand bay Cala Galiota. A 15 minutes' drive takes you to Es Trenc and Es Carbó, natural beaches with fine grained sand and protected by dunes.
