Dear guests,
Check in is from 16:00 - 21:00 , and check out not later than 10:00. Bedlinen is changed every 7 days. Water is drinkable. Electricity 220 Volts. From 22.00 - 7.00 please do not make any noise, which could disturb other guests.
Serving and consumption of alcoholic beverages is forbidden to persons under 18 years of age. We are at your disposal for all information or help during your stay in the holiday home on the phone 00385 52 433635.

Wir haben 10 Nächte im Greenhouse mit insgesamt 7 Personen verbracht. Bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir von den Eigentümern herzlich mit kalten Getränken empfangen. Das Haus befindet sich in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend. Es ist geräumig, mit fünf Schlafzimmern und drei Badezimmern. Wir haben ausschließlich die Außenküche genutzt, die hervorragend ausgestattet ist und sich perfekt zum Grillen und für ein Frühstück im Freien eignet. Der Pool war ein Highlight für die Kinder. Alle zwei Tage kam jemand, um die Immobilie zu reinigen und zu warten. Die Eigentümer waren immer erreichbar, falls wir Probleme hatten. Sie hatten auch gute Empfehlungen für Restaurants, Strände und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt.

Ein kleines Paradies über Bribir!
Wir hatten einen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt im Greenhouse Adria vom 29. Mai bis 1. Juni 2025. Dejan Safradin und seine Eltern haben uns so herzlich empfangen, dass wir uns sofort wie bei Freunden fühlten.
Die Unterkunft ist ein wahres Juwel: fünf liebevoll eingerichtete Schlafzimmer (drei im Obergeschoss, zwei direkt am Pool), zwei voll ausgestattete Küchen im Inneren und eine fantastische Außenküche mit einem großen Esstisch. Drei gut gepflegte Badezimmer, ein wunderbarer Pool mit Liegen, Sitzgelegenheiten und Sonnenschirmen – es fehlte an nichts!
Besonders beeindruckt waren wir von den durchdachten Annehmlichkeiten: vom Auflaufform bis zum Gasgrill, einer vollautomatischen Kaffeemaschine, einer Waschmaschine und sogar Zahnbürstenbechern – alles war vorhanden. Sogar das erste Bier war bereits kalt!
Unser Highlight: ein gemütlicher Spieleabend unter dem Dach der Außenküche – stimmungsvoll und einfach perfekt.
Das Fazit unserer Kinder: "Das war der beste Urlaub aller Zeiten!"
Wir sagen von Herzen: Danke – wir kommen wieder!
