Schöne Wohnung, aber leider war vieles kaputt. Zum Beispiel Löcher in der Wand neben der Garderobe, das Display der Mikrowelle war mit Klebeband am Schrank befestigt, Lampenschirme passten nicht, die Duschkopfhalterung an der Badewanne war locker usw. Die Betten waren in Ordnung, allerdings waren die Doppelbetten recht schmal (eher wie Einzelbetten). Am meisten genervt hat mich aber die Kommunikation, die mangelhaft war und alles war schlecht ausgeschildert.

Ich habe Katja einen Tag im Voraus wegen der Anreise kontaktiert. Es war kein Problem, etwas früher anzureisen. Der Empfang war ausgezeichnet und Katja war sehr gastfreundlich. Die Wohnung war überwältigend. Was für eine schöne und saubere Wohnung mit allen Annehmlichkeiten. Es war eines der schönsten Appartements, die wir bisher in unserem Winterurlaub hatten. Morgens beim Frühstück konnten wir genau sehen, wann die Aufzüge in Betrieb gingen. Wir waren fast auf der Piste und nach dem Skifahren war es wunderbar, auf unserem schönen Innenbalkon windgeschützt und in der Sonne bei einem guten Getränk und einem Snack zu entspannen. Es war, als wären wir Teil der Mooralm-Terrasse, allerdings nur 1. Klasse. Es macht so viel Spaß, den Skifahrern dabei zuzusehen, wie sie von der Pisye herunterkommen, während Sie entspannt in einem schönen Liegestuhl auf Ihrem Balkon sitzen! Das Essen auf der Mooralm ist übrigens gut. Guter und freundlicher Service mit typischen Tiroler Gerichten. Empfehlenswert ist auch das Berghotel Breitmoos, das sich einen kurzen Spaziergang hinter dem Panorama Chalet befindet. Reservierungen sind wirklich notwendig. Wir hatten eine tolle Woche und blicken gerne darauf zurück.
