Wir konnten gar nicht anreisen da wir mit Hund gebucht haben und dieser einfach aus der Buchung entfernt wurde. Bezahlt hatte ich schon und habe es meinem Anwalt in die Hand gegeben. Geld habe ich immer noch nicht zurück bekommen und trotz schuldeingestandnis konnte ich nicht kostenlos stornieren. Das allerletzte!
