Ich war mit dem Ferienhaus mehr als zufrieden. Ich fand es nur etwas schade das ich dieses Haus nicht an der Rezeption hatte und damit nicht den schönen Ausblick auf dem Brocken. Die Umgebung an unserem Haus war aber mit den Teichen auch sehr schön. Wir kommen auf alle Fälle nochmal wieder.

Unterer Bereich des Hauses war sehr klein, Küche mit alten Herdplatten, Licht an Dunstabzughaube funktionierte nicht, nicht sauber. Im Gegenteil zum oberen Bereich der wesentlich moderner wirkte und auch sauberer war. Beschwerden oder Anregungen prallten bei dem unfreundlichen Personal an der Rezeption ab. Insofern durchwachsen.
