Cancellation policy
A 50% deposit is required to confirm the booking. If you are unable to travel, you can cancel up to 4 weeks before your arrival date. In this case, the deposit will not be refunded. If you cancel less than 30 days before the start of your trip, the entire price of the trip will be due. I recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.

Holiday destination
The apartment is located in Terlan and is about 1,200m from the town center, and about 600m from the swimming pool. Terlan is about 10km from Bolzano and 15km from Merano. In the village there is a bus and a train station for both directions. It is therefore the ideal place to explore the area, even without a car. Numerous well-known ski resorts can be reached in 45 minutes by car.
Getting there
By train via Bolzano to Terlano; by plane from Hamburg, Berlin, Kassel, Hanover, or Düsseldorf to Bolzano (SkyAlps); or by car via the Brenner Pass and Bolzano. I'd be happy to pick you up from the train station or airport (Bolzano).

Die Wohnung ist genau wie beschrieben, sehr sauber und man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Das Bad ist top und auf den Matratzen haben wir sehr gut geschlafen. Die Terrasse ist ein Traum, aber auch, wenn man mal nicht draußen sitzen kann, ist es drinnen sehr schön. An heißen Sommertagen ist die Wohnung klimatisiert und macht den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht, um sich im Urlaub auch mal selbst zu verpflegen. Die Vermieter sind ganz in der Nähe, sehr freundlich, jederzeit erreichbar und um das Wohl ihrer Gäste bemüht, ohne dabei aufdringich zu sein. Durch die zentrale Lage der Wohnung zwischen Bozen und Meran hat man mit kurzen Wegen die Möglichkeit, vieles in Südtirol zu erkunden. Wanderer können direkt vom Grundstück aus starten.
