Start a trip to the nearby volcano park und experience a volcanic eruption in the lava dome. Geological characteristics show the slate quarry in Mayen, the trassmine „Meurin“ or the rock-cut cellar in Mendig. After a perfect day you can relax with a dinner in a rustic wine bar. Ideal für einen Urlaub ohne Trubel. Die Ferienwohnung liegt ideal wenn man die wirklich wunderschöne Umgebung erkunden will, aber Abends Ruhe und Entspannung sucht. Touristische Hot Spots sind schnell zu erreichen (man kann sie aber auch schnell hinter sich lassen!).
