Cancellation policy
It may sound silly, but things can come up that prevent you from traveling to the Gsies Valley. In this case, we kindly ask you to inform us in time.
The cancellation of your holiday is possible under the following conditions:
- Up to 30 days before arrival, cancellation is free of charge.
- If you cancel 29 to 14 days before arrival, we will keep the deposit.
- For cancellations made between 13 and 7 days before arrival, we will charge you 40% of the total amount.
- If you cancel within the last week before your planned arrival, 80% of the total price is due.
- If you do not arrive at all or decide to go home early, 100% of the agreed amount is payable.

Holiday destination
There are things in the world that one must see with their own eyes, not just in photos. Some of these unique natural beauties are located very close to our holiday apartments. For us, these definitely include Lake Prags and the Tre Cime di Lavaredo. So go ahead, embark on an adventure and create memories!
Getting there
You will leave the highway at the Brixen exit and follow the brown sign towards Val Pusteria/Pustertal. There are still 67 km to go to the Gsies Valley.
Just before Welsberg, you will come to a roundabout. There, take the exit towards Welsberg/Taisten/Gsies Valley and turn left into the Gsies Valley after 500 m.
You will pass through the villages of Pichl, Innerpichl, and Oberplanken and continue to Preindl. After the "Preindl" village sign, turn right and drive up to the chapel – and hurray: Right next to the chapel is our Preindlerhof, you have arrived!
Parking and entrance are located at the back of the house. Welcome!

Host informationBefore you book one of our apartments, you want to know who you're dealing with? Gladly! We are Helene and Werner with the twins Rosa and Anni and Theo. Together with senior farmer Josef, we run our organic mountain farm in the Gsiesertal. Because we feel so comfortable here on the farm ourselves and find our little piece of earth quite beautiful, we want to share this sense of well-being and our enthusiasm for nature with you – as your hosts on a farm holiday.
