If you cancel the booking between 60 and 30 days of your arrival, the prepayments will not be refunded. If you cancel within 30 days of arrival, the entire amount of the stay is due. Holiday destination
The villa is facing the lake on the Gulf of Salò and offers private access to the beach. It is located a few minutes walk from the wonderful promenade that runs along the beach and the center of Salò. A few steps from the villa there is a new luxury hotel with restaurant and bar.
The city of Salò is a splendid city with a lively cultural and musical life, numerous restaurants for every need and desire and a wide and interesting range of shops. There are numerous beaches and a suggestive 6 km long promenade which runs along the lake.
Getting there
Holiday-Garda guests are always met on site with a personalised checkin with english speaking local experts, who will provide an orientation on both the house and the local area. We also provide a very detailed house manual with a local guide, including restaurant guide, shopping guide, local activities and more; and our concierge director is always available to help you liaise and access any local service.

Tolle Finca! Perfekt gelegen für Ausflüge in alle Richtungen. Weinregion Binnissalem direkt nebendran. Eigentümer überschlagen sich. Als Begrüßungsgeschenk eine volle Obstschale und eine Flasche Wein. Kaffeemaschine war kaputt und wurde noch am selben Tag ersetzt. Pool, Garten, Terrasse, Sitzmöglichkeiten und Küchen-, bzw. Grillausstattung alles perfekt. Wir waren zu viert (2 Pärchen) und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Wunderschönes mallorcatypisches Haus mit Pool und herlichem Garten. Sehr nette und kinderliebe Vermieter. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen, da in der Inselmitte gelegen. Bis Inca Zentrum ca. 15 min zu Fuß.
Für uns 8 Personen ideal, sind zum 7. Mal hier und werden wieder kommen.
Die Hängematten im Garten laden zur Entspannung ein.
Waschmaschine & Trockner vorhanden,
gut ausgestattete Küche und zwei Badezimmer.
