The detached, light-flooded beach house is located in North Holland behind the dunes of Sint Maarten on the kilometer-long, unspoiled dream sand beach - situated between 2 nature reserves, absolutely quiet in the midst of greenery with a direct view of a small secured lake. 400m² completely fenced garden
Here you will find the perfect relaxation. The location is quiet yet central with good shopping facilities in nearby Schagen - 3km - There you will find everything you need - shopping center, Aldi, great big weekly market, beautiful shopping street in the picturesque inner city with many cozy street cafes. The house is located in a clean park-like facility.
The house is surrounded by flower fields. In spring, a great sight.
Getting there
Take the A3 towards Arnhem, then follow the A12 to the Utrecht Ring Road, then take the A2 towards Amsterdam, and continue on the N9 towards Alkmaar Den Helder until you reach Sint Maarten.

Wir waren mit unserer kleinen Hündin in einem Ferienhaus von Thomas. Super Gastgeber, sehr freundlich, sehr hilfsbereit. Super sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was das Herz begehrt. Tolles Umland, gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, direkte Nähe zum Strand. Würden immer wieder dort Urlaub machen.

Wir haben dort zwei Wochen verbracht und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist wunderschön eingerichtet; es fehlt absolut an nichts. Der Garten war sehr groß und vollständig eingezäunt, was für unseren Hund großartig war. Sie konnte sich frei bewegen. Allerdings wurde uns gesagt, dass das Haus in der Nähe des Strandes sei und man nur durch eine Düne gehen müsse, um zum Meer zu gelangen. Außerdem sollte es in dieser Düne ein Café geben. Tatsache ist jedoch, dass das Meer etwa 5,5 km entfernt war (Sint Maartenzee oder Callantsoog), und man definitiv fahren musste. Natürlich waren wir nicht besonders erfreut darüber, dass wir bei der Buchung falsche Informationen erhalten hatten.
