Cancellation policy
Cancellation of the rental agreement is only possible in written form. If you cancel the rental agreement (for any reason) without naming a substitute tenant, the following compensation rules apply:
- Cancellation up to 3 months before the start of the rental period: 0% of the rental price
- Cancellation up to 42 days before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price
- Cancellation up to 14 days before the start of the rental period: 60% of the rental price
- Cancellation less than 14 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
The receipt of the cancellation notice by us is decisive.
Corona special regulation: If there is an official travel warning from the Foreign Office for Andalusia or all of Spain for the time of your planned stay in our holiday apartment, you can also cancel the rental agreement at short notice and free of charge.

Not far from the holiday apartment, there is a lovely little park with pine trees, magnificent sea views, a children's playground, and a charming café.
Visit the royal riding school in Jerez or a sherry bodega. Take trips to the most beautiful cities of Andalusia (Cádiz, Sevilla, Ronda, Granada), to the picturesque white villages (Vejer, Arcos, Setenil), to Morocco, or to the Doñana National Park.
Holiday destination
Conil – that's white houses and palm trees under a deep blue sky and a miles-long, fine sandy beach. And all of this with around 3,200 hours of sunshine per year!
The holiday apartment is located in one of the best residential areas of Conil with nice restaurants and bars. It's only a 10-minute walk to the lively old town with its tapas bars, restaurants, and shops.
Getting there
If you have plenty of time, you can travel by car. The distance from Frankfurt am Main, for example, is around 2,500 km.
For air travel, Jerez de la Frontera Airport (62 km) is recommended, but the airports of Seville (130 km) and Málaga (220 km) are also easily accessible.
In principle, you do not need a car in Conil, as you can comfortably reach everything on foot. There are also bus connections to the surrounding cities and to the airports Jerez and Málaga. However, if you want to explore the beautiful countryside, renting a car is advantageous.
Outside of the peak season, there are usually enough parking spaces near the house. However, during popular times and in the high season, parking can become difficult – as it is throughout the town.

Wir waren im Februar/März 2026 17 Tage in dieser schönen Wohnung. Wir hatten im Vorfeld schon sehr freundlichen Kontakt zu den Vermietern. Am Anreisetag wurden wir von Katharina empfangen, die uns sehr nett alles gezeigt hat. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und sie war - was sehr wichtig ist - sehr sauber. Im Haus selbst war es sehr angenehm und ruhig.
Parkplätze stehen vor dem Haus genügend zur Verfügung und der wunderschöne Strand ist fußläufig in nur wenigen Minuten erreichbar.
Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen und können die Wohnung weiterempfehlen.

Wir haben wunderbare 14 Tage in dieser tollen Ferienwohnung verbracht. Die Wohnung ist super gut ausgestattet, sehr komfortabel, sauber und sehr schön eingerichtet. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt so dass wir uns sofort wohlgefühlt haben. Die Beschreibung der Wohnung, sowie die Bilder treffen zu 100% zu.
Die Lage der Wohnung war für uns perfekt. Der wunderschöne kilometerlange Strand und Conil sind fußläufig sehr gut zu erreichen. Auch ein sehr guter Ausgangspunkt um die umliegenden Städte zu erkunden. Parken war kein Problem. Toll war auch, die sehr ausführliche Gästemappe, mit vielen wichtigen Informationen und Tipps. Auch zu erwähnen, ist der sehr nette und herzliche Kontakt mit Frau Frommann sowie der Empfang und die Betreuung vor Ort mit Katharina.
Für uns ein wunderschöner, perfekter Urlaub !!!!
