Cancellation policy
The following cancellation conditions apply:
Up to the 91st day before arrival, a flat fee of Euro 40.
From the 90th to the 61st day before arrival, 20% of the total price.
From the 60th to the 31st day before arrival, 50% of the total price.
From 30 days before arrival and in case of no-show, 90% of the total price.
In case of a travel warning from the Foreign Office or an entry restriction by the Italian government for the period you have booked, you can cancel free of charge, with only a flat fee of Euro 40 being charged.
We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance and are also happy to provide individual advice on this!

The holiday apartment I Ciliegi is located in Maremma in the province of Grosseto. It is about 3.5km away from the small village of Cura Nuova, situated between Follonica and Massa Marittima. In Cura Nuova, there is a small corner shop for daily necessities and a restaurant.
The seaside resort of Follonica is about 10km away. Near Follonica, there are two beaches named Torremozza and Carbonifera; moreover, you will find all shopping facilities, banks, pharmacies, and similar amenities in Follonica.

Mein Aufenthalt war einfach fantastisch! Die Lage ist absolut perfekt, zentral und doch ruhig, ideal zum Entspannen und Genießen. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die Zimmer: unglaublich sauber, gut gepflegt und mit großem Augenmerk auf Details eingerichtet. Ich habe mich vom ersten Moment an vollkommen wohl und willkommen gefühlt. Alles war hervorragend organisiert, und man merkt, dass die Arbeit hier mit Leidenschaft verrichtet wird. Ich kann diesen Ort nur wärmstens empfehlen und freue mich bereits auf meinen nächsten Besuch!

Tolle Lage, insbesondere für Mountainbiker und Rennradfahrer. Massa Vecchia ist nur wenige Minuten entfernt (Verleih verfügbar). Singletrails sind direkt mit dem Fahrrad erreichbar. Großer Vermieter: hilfsbereit, flexibel und unkompliziert. Er spricht fließend Schweizer Dialekt, Deutsch, Italienisch und Englisch.
