Cancellation policy
If you arrive late or depart early, we reserve the right to charge the full amount of the booking.
According to the Consumer Protection Code, you do not have a right of withdrawal. Please note that we do not accept credit or debit card payments. The tenant must cover any damages or repairs.
In case of cancellation of the booking, we reserve the right to keep the deposit in any case. From 3 months to 4 weeks before arrival, we charge 50% of the travel price.
Within the last 4 weeks before arrival, the cancellation fee is 70% of the booking price.
Within the last 7 days before arrival, the cancellation fee is 90% of the booking price.
Please do not forget to take out travel cancellation insurance to cover any expenses in case of cancellation by the travel insurance.

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, liegt unweit vom Zentrum und doch ruhig. Die Familie Mussner sind sehr freundlich. Der Brötchenservice jeden Morgen war perfekt. Wir waren rundherum sehr zufrieden. Kommen gerne wieder.
