For fixed confirmed reservations for accommodation units, the date on which the written cancellation is received represents the basis of the calculation of costs as follows:

- 50% of the total amount of the reservation
*for a canceled reservation 7 to 2 days prior to the beginning of the service
- 70% of the total amount of the reservation
*for a canceled reservation 1 day prior to the beginning of the service, during the reservation or failure of the Guest to show up at the reserved accommodation unit - 100% of the total amount of the reservation

The beach and the center are easily accessible on foot. House Roko is on a quiet street. The parking lot is only 50 m from the house. You can park in front of the house to unload your luggage.
In Vrbnik, there are beautiful pebble beaches, and in the village of Risika, there is a well-known sandy beach of St. Mark.
