Wir hatten das Vergnügen, zwei Wochen in der Wohnung Nr. 1 Ulikva Vrbnik zu verbringen. Die Gastgeber, insbesondere die liebe Frau Ani, empfingen uns mit großer Herzlichkeit und Gastfreundschaft – wir erhielten als Willkommensgeschenk eine Flasche lokalen Wein und Olivenöl.
Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und mit Blick auf den Komfort der Gäste eingerichtet. Es gibt zwei Schlafzimmer, von denen eines über ein eigenes Badezimmer verfügt – was ein großer Vorteil ist, wenn mehrere Personen anwesend sind. Die Wohnung ist mit zwei Klimaanlagen ausgestattet, die an heißen Tagen für angenehme Kühle sorgen. Den Gästen steht außerdem ein großer Kühlschrank, ein Ofen, eine Geschirrspülmaschine und das gesamte notwendige Küchenzubehör zur Verfügung.
Die Terrasse bietet einen schönen Blick auf die Stadt, ideal für einen Morgenkaffee bei Sonnenaufgang oder zur abendlichen Entspannung. Nach einer Woche Aufenthalt boten die Eigentümer an, die Handtücher und Bettwäsche zu wechseln, und Frau Ani bereitete uns ein köstliches Tiramisu, an das wir uns noch lange erinnern werden!
Die Wohnung ist von einem gepflegten, grünen Garten mit Blumen umgeben, um den sich Frau Ani persönlich kümmert. Im Garten stehen Liegen, ein Grill und hinter dem Haus – ein Trampolin, das den Kindern sicherlich Freude bereiten wird. Der gesamte Ort strahlt Ruhe und eine heimelige Atmosphäre aus.
Die Eigentümer sind sehr hilfsbereit, respektieren jedoch gleichzeitig die Privatsphäre ihrer Gäste. Sie standen uns immer mit Rat und Unterstützung zur Seite, wenn wir es benötigten. Auf dem Grundstück leben zwei Hunde – sehr freundlich und gut erzogen. Sie stören in keiner Weise, im Gegenteil – sie verleihen dem Ort einen besonderen Charme.
Von der Wohnung aus einfach nach links abbiegen und nach etwa 200 Metern den Weg nach rechts nehmen – dieser Weg führt schnell zum Hafen, von wo aus man einen schönen Blick auf die gesamte Stadt Vrbnik hat. Wenn Sie ruhige Buchten erreichen möchten, biegen Sie ebenfalls nach links ab; nach etwa 2,5 km beginnen wilde Strände und versteckte Buchten – wir empfehlen besonders, dorthin bei ruhigem Wetter zu gehen, wenn das Wasser kristallklar ist. An den Wochenenden lohnt es sich, zu beobachten, wo die Einheimischen parken – das ist der beste Tipp.
Was die Strände betrifft, empfehlen wir am meisten den Strand Potovosce – es ist ein schöner Strand mit der Möglichkeit, Liegen und Sonnenschirme zu mieten. Das Parken ist kostenpflichtig, aber viele Menschen parken früher entlang der Straße.
Liebhaber von Trekking und Berglandschaften sollten unbedingt den Gipfel des Obzov erklimmen – am besten früh am Morgen oder am Abend, um der Hitze zu entkommen. Die Route bietet nicht nur schöne Ausblicke, sondern auch Begegnungen mit der Natur – von Insekten über Schafe, Hasen und... Bullen/Kühe, die manchmal gerne im Weg stehen.
Die Gegend ist auch ein Paradies für Bergläufer und Radfahrer – das hügelige Terrain wird sicherlich die Erwartungen von Menschen erfüllen, die unter schwierigeren Bedingungen trainieren.

Gerade die Wohnung Ulikva 1 verlassen, die ich für eine Woche mit meiner Familie (2 Erwachsene und 2 Mädchen) gebucht habe. Ein fantastischer Ort, schön, geräumig und sauber, mit einem ausgezeichneten Balkon mit Meerblick und Blick auf das Dorf Vebnik. Sehr freundliche und liebe Gastgeber. Ausgezeichneter Ausgangspunkt, um ein wenig von der ganzen Insel zu erkunden. Ich kann es sehr empfehlen!
