If you cancel your trip, a fee of €20.00 will be charged.
Up to one month before the start of the trip, the cancellation fee will be the amount of the deposit (at least €100.00).
If you cancel the trip less than one month before the rental begins, the remaining payment will be due unless the property can be re-rented.
If travel bans are imposed by public authorities due to the Corona pandemic and the trip cannot be started as a result, payments made will be refunded except for an administration fee of €20.00.

Holiday destination
The park is situated right by the North Holland Canal, with just a few steps to get there, as well as to the fishing pier. There is a large playground, volleyball, mini-golf. The wide sandy beaches of the North Sea are quickly reachable by bicycle or car. The park is a starting point for rewarding excursions. The towns of Schoorl, Bergen, Egmond, Alkmaar are very close. Other well-known destinations include: Den Helder, Texel, Amsterdam, and many others are nearby.
Getting there
Our house is located by the North Holland Canal, a short path leads directly there. You can take wonderful walks along the canal and watch the shipping traffic.
From North Rhine-Westphalia, you drive via Kreuz Oberhausen, border crossing Elten, Utrecht, Amsterdam, Alkmaar, the N 9 towards Warmenhuizen heading to Den Helder. In the roundabout, take the exit to Warmenhuizen, cross the canal and take the first street on the left. On the left side is the Geestmerambacht park, use the 4th entrance and drive to the last parking lot.
Short walk to the right to the house.

Wir waren für ein paar Tage im Urlaub dort. Das Haus ist wirklich sehr schön mit einer Terrasse und einem kleinen eingezäunten Garten, aber die Schlafzimmer sind etwas einfach eingerichtet. Ein kleiner Nachttisch oder eine Nachttischlampe wären schön gewesen. Ansonsten war alles sauber und gut gepflegt. Der Vermieter hat uns einen wirklich netten Empfang bereitet und uns auch eine Leckerei für den Hund gegeben, was uns sehr gefreut hat. Leider war das Restaurant vor Ort zu diesem Zeitpunkt nicht in Betrieb. Die Schlüsselübergabe verlief reibungslos. Es gab sogar eine Waschmaschine vor Ort. Wir würden gerne wiederkommen.

Das Haus hebt sich deutlich von vielen anderen Häusern ab. Es ist relativ groß, bestens ausgestattet mit allem, was man in der Küche braucht. Durch die Doppelverglasung und die Zentralheizung kann man auch kühlere Tage gut genießen. Die Lage zwischen den Städten und den Stränden ist ideal für abwechslungsreiche Urlaubstage. Ganz problemlos ist auch der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin gewesen, vielen Dank!
