Ich hatte zuvor eine Bewertung mit 4 Sternen abgegeben. Inzwischen wurde unser Urlaubsvergnügen jedoch durch die unsachgemäÃ_x009f_e Abwicklung unserer Anzahlung getrübt. Sieben Wochen nach unserer Abreise haben wir die Anzahlung immer noch nicht zurückerhalten. Die Reinigungskosten wurden uns hingegen plötzlich in Rechnung gestellt. Wir kontaktierten Dancentre und erhielten nach unzähligen Anrufen einige Fotos des Ferienhauses, die nicht bei unserer Abreise aufgenommen wurden. Belvilla reagiert überhaupt nicht, obwohl man über sie bucht!
