Cancellation policy
When booking, we require a deposit of 30% of the rental price, with the balance due at departure. Payment can be made at departure in cash, by bank transfer, or with a card.
Cancellation up to 60 days before arrival is free of charge and the deposit will be refunded. Up to 30 days before arrival, the deposit will only be refunded if a replacement booking is made. In the event of last-minute cancellations, i.e., from the 30th day until arrival, the deposit paid will be retained as compensation.

We are located in the Gitschberg-Jochtal holiday region which offers a great range of activities and programs for children. Furthermore, we are about 15 kilometers away from Brixen and Bruneck. Also an ideal starting point for hikes, with the beautiful themed trail "Elfenweg" behind our house leading to a waterfall. Connection to the Pustertal bike path.
