Cancellation policy

All cancellations and changes must be communicated in writing by the Customer. Cancellation. The cancellation made by the Client for confirmed reservations will involve the following penalties, always calculated on the entire amount of the stay: - 20% of the amount, if the cancellation is communicated up to 91 days before the start date of the stay; - 50% of the amount, if the cancellation is communicated from 31 to 90 days before the start of the stay; - 100% of the amount: no refund for cancellations received in the 30 days prior to the start date of stay. For the purposes of penalties, the entire stay is considered as a single period not divisible into individual weeks, the reference date for the counting of days is always that of the beginning of the stay, whatever the cancelled period; changes of period or accommodation are considered cancellations and therefore will be applied the penalties.
