Holiday destination

Head along the "Romantic Road" to find the nearby towns of Dinkelsbühl, Rothenburg ob der Tauber and Nördlingen. The cities of Nuremberg and Würzburg are also worth a visit. The Hesselberg holiday region and the Franconian Lake District are inviting places to go to on day trips. You can enjoy Franconian cooking at numerous festivals in the local villages. It's worth checking out the historic "Kinderzeche" festival in Dinkelsbühl or the well-known "Kreuzgangsspiele" ("Cloister Plays") in Feuchtwangen in July.

Getting there

If you're heading here via the A7 Autobahn (motorway), take the Dinkelsbühl/Fichtenau exit or the Feuchtwangen-West exit and then drive approx. 15 km to Langfurth. The nearest railway stations are in Ansbach (30km), Gunzenhausen (30km) and Crailsheim (35km). There's unfortunately no direct bus connection

Ganz tolles Ferienhaus mit super Ausstattung. Vermieter top. Einziger Kritikpunkt sind die Kinderbetten. Ansonsten alles da, alles super. Tolle Terrasse mit Grillmöglichkeit. Sauna on top. Wir waren zu elft und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Wir waren als Familie mit 3 Generationen zur Geburtstagsfeier dort. Die Kommunikation mit Herrn Däubler per Email war hervorragend. Das 200 Jahre alte Haus ist stilsicher restauriert bzw modernisiert, die gelungene Kombination aus Alt und Modern gilt auch für Ausstattung und Mobiliar. 5 Schlafzimmer und 2 Bäder bieten individuellen Platz. Die Gemeinschaftsräume für Kochen, Essen und Entspannen sind großzügig. Die Ausstattung mit (Koch-) Büchern, Schallplatten usw gibt dem Haus eine sehr persönliche Note. Unseren Enkeln hat die Kinderecke gut gefallen. Highlights draussen sind die grosse Terrasse mit unverbautem Blick auf Garten und Wiesen bis zum Waldrand und das Saunahaus. Bäcker und Dorfladen sind um die Ecke, zu den Supermärkten in Dinkelsbühl fährt man in ca. 15 min. Fazit: Absolut empfehlenswert !
