The apartment Mondholz is very quiet. In less than 10 minutes you are at Marienplatz and in the pedestrian zone, the center of Garmisch. Here you will find great Bavarian restaurants, such as the Schranne or Zum Wildschütz. The pedestrian path to Lake Riessersee is 100 metres away.
Getting there
If you arrive by train, you have about 1.3 km to go to the Mondholz apartment. For one car there is a parking space directly at the apartment, which can be reached via a narrow driveway. There is a wallbox at the parking lot.

Die Ferienwohnung ist modern eingerichtet, die Möbel und Einrichtungsgegenstände sind mit Liebe für Details ausgewählt worden. Es passt alles zusammen und wirkt nicht überladen. Zudem ist die Wohnung sehr sauber, die Küche mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt und insgesamt ist wohlfühlen garantiert.
Die Terrasse ist ein absoluter Traum, der Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür und die Nachbarn sehr freundlich.
Die Wohnung liegt in einem Wohngebiet und man kann die Ruhe beim Blick auf die Berge genießen, ist aber nahe genug am Zentrum, so dass man Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und den öffentlichen Nahverkehr problemlos fußläufig erreichen kann.
Der Empfang von Herrn Sieber war sehr freundlich, er hat sich Zeit genommen alles zu zeigen, hatte tolle Tipps und war auch anschließend leicht erreichbar.

Wir haben uns mega wohl gefühlt in dieser modern und vollständig eingerichteten, wirklich schönen Ferienwohnung!
Hier stimmt wirklich alles: Die Lage ist klasse, man ist schnell zu Fuß in der Stadt und bei vielen Restaurants. Der Bergblick ist fantastisch! Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, sodass man auch mal selbst prima kochen kann. Die Bäder sind - wie der Rest der Wohnung - super sauber und gepflegt. Ganz besonderer Dank geht noch einmal an Herrn Sieber, der sich auf sehr symphatische Art Zeit genommen hat, uns zahlreiche und hilfreiche Tipps für unseren Aufenthalt zu geben! Wenn wir wieder mal nach Garmisch kommen, wohnen wir gerne wieder hier! Im Freundeskreis können wir das Haus bedenkenlos weiterempfehlen!
