Cancellation policy
The rental agreement is concluded after the sending of the rental agreement & booking confirmation, as well as the receipt of the deposit.
Up to 8 weeks before arrival: 25% of the rental price
Up to 6 weeks before arrival: 50% of the rental price
Up to 4 weeks before arrival: 75% of the rental price
Thereafter: 100% of the rental price (of course, excluding ER and any booked bed linen/towels)
Nevertheless, the landlord will endeavor to re-let the property.
Regardless of the timing and reason (Covid-19, illness, lack of interest) for the cancellation/termination of the contract, a processing fee of 100€ will be charged.
Please take out travel cancellation insurance for your own protection.

Nestled in the green sea of olive trees, our Casa Pippo is in the perfect location for cycling tours, walks along small roads, sightseeing trips, and is just 5km from the beach. Whether long dune beaches for kiting, small rocky coves for snorkeling, or little sandy beaches with a lido - everyone can find their favorite beach here.
But Apulia has much more to offer than just beaches. The architecture of the individual towns and villages is beautiful. Whether Ostuni - the white city, Cisternino, Carovigno, Martina Franca, Monopoli - we just can't get enough of the various marketplaces, alleys, churches, and defensive towers. Even if a town on the outskirts may sometimes look inconspicuous, you always discover charming city centers.
Getting there
The airports Brindisi 20 km and Bari approximately 100km away are served by Lufthansa, Swiss, Eurowings, Ryanair etc. Renting a car is essential for visiting the numerous beaches and beautiful cities in the area.

Host informationIn 2011, we visited Apulia for the first time and fell in love. Particularly with the towns of Carovigno and Ostuni, the amazing cuisine, the beautiful architecture, the endless olive groves, the people, the colors of Italy, and our two rescue dogs, Caramella & Pippo.
Every year, the longing drove us southward, and in 2021 we decided we wanted more. Said. Done. Searched. Found: Feelgood in Casa Pippo.
Our desire is not just to create a holiday home, but a home away from home. Comfortable, high-quality, fully equipped, with a feel-good atmosphere and a touch of luxury. Our locations are dog-friendly, close to the sea, detached, ensuring privacy, with gardens all around and connected to nature.

Wir waren im Sommer mit unseren zwei Jungs und Hund in der traumhaften Casa Pippo. Wir wurden von der charmanten Lucia persönlich empfangen und ausführlich in das Haus eingewiesen. Die Villa war in einem perfekten Zustand und mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt und darüber hinaus. Die Ausstattung ist sehr hochwertig und modern. Die absoluten Highlights sind der große Salzwasserpool, die Aussendusche und die Outdoorküche. Die Villa ist umgeben von sehr großen Olivenbaum Plantagen. So ist man absolut ungestört. Die vielen Tipps für Ausflüge und Restaurants waren sehr hilfreich. Das war Erholung auf höchstem Niveau. Auch unser Hund hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir wären gerne noch länger geblieben und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.
