When booking, we ask for a deposit of 30% of the holiday price. The balance must be paid no later than 30 days before arrival. Cancellations are possible free of charge up to 21 days before arrival, after that we charge 30% of the travel price for the duration of the booked stay.

Host informationWe are Josefa and Christian Zahn from Fürth and built our holiday flat in 2014 with great attention to detail. We originally had our flat furnished to a high standard for us and now offer our guests the opportunity to enjoy a holiday flat equipped to German standards in the middle of the Kvarner Bay with a wonderful view for relaxation and many leisure activities.

Sind nur für 1 Nacht zum Kurztrip aus Ungarn hier. Aussicht ist atemberaubend schön und Pool und Jaccuzzi vorhanden. Bei unserer Ankunft war alles gerichtet und Handtücher auf den Pool Liegen._x000D_ Die Auffahrt ist allerdings sehr kriminell. Für ungeübte Autofahrer eher ungeeignet und schwer zu managen._x000D_ Teilweise wurde gebastelt und einiges ist noch verbesserungsbedürftig. Im großen und ganzen geht es ja ums Wohlfühlen und die Aussicht und das war toll.
